FlyGB sells travel data eSIM digital products. After payment and fulfillment, installation details are provided through account or verified order access.
An eSIM is not a physical SIM card. Installation details may include QR, LPA, ICCID, or SN data.
You are responsible for confirming that your device is unlocked and eSIM capable before purchase.
Some plans activate only after arrival, supported network connection, or data-roaming enablement.
Do not delete an installed eSIM unless FlyGB support instructs you to do so.
You must provide an accurate email address and protect order codes, QR codes, and LPA strings.
Issues caused by locked devices, unsupported devices, incorrect installation, or deleting an eSIM may not be refundable.
The payable amount is based on the server-side checkout quote snapshot.
After payment succeeds, FlyGB creates an order and starts provisioning. Order, payment, and fulfillment states follow FlyGB system records.
